The Special Education Local Plan Area (SELPA) III Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is a group of parents and educators interested in helping children who have special educational needs. Our CAC represents eleven school districts in Santa Clara County. They meet once a month during the school year and work with school district staff and administration to promote our children’s needs and educate parents in our districts.
